International Dhading Society was started with the noble objective of strengthening the emotional bonds between Dhading district and “Non-Resident Nepalese from Dhading district of Nepal” (herein after “Dhadingeli”).

IDS is a non-profit, non-government, non-political and service-oriented organization was established with the purpose of uniting and binding the Nepali Diaspora mainly Dhadingeli under one umbrella. IDS has officially been launched in 2017 although it started its journey almost a decade ago. The organization is registered with motto “Let unite Dhadingeli globally” in District Administrative Office Reg. No. 1704/076-77 under Social Service act.

IDS is primarily based in the countries where major Dhandingelis are residing. It has been expanded its presence in globally with a network of Dhandingeli origin by establishing National Coordination Council (NCC) in more than 15 countries to represent its Dhandngeli’s common interests, concerns, and commitments.

The main aim and objective of this organization is to play a role in promoting and strengthening of Dhandingelis by using talents, skills, and financial supports. We worked for the welfare and streamlining of Dhadingeli communities globally since many years.  Wherever we Dhadingelis may go or settle, whichever nationality we may possess, we never forget our motherland, the land which holds our identity and soul.

Overall, IDS is working on building a strong connection among the Dhadingelis living in and out of the borders along with significant business figures, technocrats, policy makers and immigrant workers. It will not just enrich the organization but also will support the progress of Dhadingeli people and will benefit our land of origin thereby.
